Early adulthood can bring about new freedoms and possibilities. However, it is common to experience emotional difficulties during this time. 

You may be struggling in relation to your independence, sense of identity, work/career or relationships. You may simply 'not feel right' at present and cannot find words to describe your feelings and emotions.

Social and political issues may also be impacting on your sense of wellbeing.

Counselling can help you explore and work through your difficulties in a safe and confidential space.
